We will explore different areas of aligning ourselves. Restoring femininity through sensual movement. To feel connected too and appreciate our bodies with confidence and self love. Cleansing the mind through different meditations throughout the retreat. Practicing self love mindfulness to feel positively in tune with our mind, body and soul. Connecting to our joy through uplifting activities including joyful wellness sessions and gatherings. Soulful walks, release and love circles to clear the mind, release tension within our nervous system and bodies, feel togetherness and appreciate each other.

You don’t need to do anything but travel with your luggage…. (Everything is included accept travel)
