A weekend dedicating to your self love and connection/rememberance of your sacred, divine feminine self. Feeling rejuvenated, lighter, soft and gentle with yourself. Releasing trauma and tension within the body through embodied movement.
We will embark on a magical time over the weekend using different aspects of embodied movement, meditations and experiences to really feel aligned with ourselves. Including encouragement of healing methods to release traumas... Feel in tune with sensual energy and feminine energy. To feel balanced within. And a softer, lighter approach to ourselves.
